I want to start off by saying I truly wanted to give John’s 5 stars. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they even gave me a renter car to drive while my car was being worked on which was super kind. On the other side of the coin, I cannot bring myself to justify or understand the amount they charged me for the work that was done. I had 4 spark plugs replaced, each spark plug costing $16 (so $55 for all 4) if I were to buy them myself at O’Reillys. John’s charged me $217 dollars for these spark plugs… then on top of that charged two hours of labor ($356) for removal and install which if I am being generous is about one hour of work. Also, not all of the grounding connections were reattached to the spark plug boots.. I also had my brake fluid changed, and the brake fluid they used is not the recommended one for my truck. Mine takes Low Viscosity brake fluid and they replaced it with regular non low viscosity fluid according the receipt. I write this review just to share my experience, like I said I would have loved to give a five star review, but I have to be honest.

I went to John’s after hearing a coworker speak very highly of them - and they lived up to it! I went in with what I suspected to be transmission issues - they were very transparent from the get go (ended up being at the end of its life), and when I decided it wouldn’t be worth the repair they were super helpful with recommendations on what specs to look for in a new vehicle to stay away from last issues I’d had. Super friendly, personable, and transparent - don’t plan to take my new vehicle anywhere else!

I bought a 92' Chevy Conversion Van and needed to get it inspected. A lot of shops don't want to deal with vehicles this "old" but Johns Auto Care was into it! The staff at Johns Auto Care were friendly, helpful honest about the work that needs done to keep this van on the road. Give them a call!

Could not recommend these guys more. Whenever I have to take my vehicle in, I always know that I’m being taken care of. They always take the time to explain everything and their prices are so fair. Shout out to Henry for the amazing customer service. He always has a smile on his face and communicates efficiently and effectively. Definitely a lifetime customer.

I am so happy to have found John's Auto Care...what a gem! I needed a general checkup and maintenance for my Hyundai Kona and they looked great ..I liked the website photo and John's smile--and reviews sounded excellent. I was not disappointed...Henry at the front desk was fun to talk to and knowledgeable...and the decor and coziness of the office /waiting room was amazing! Not what I expected to see...Star Trek paraphernalia and a wonderful quirky & homey feel. I'm thrilled to have them work on my car..it runs GREAT! Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you!
